My Chemical Romance have pulled in Dead Country's Jarrod Alexander on drumming duties for their tour after Mike Pedicone was allegedly caught stealing from the band.
The former Death By Stereo and Suicide File man played with the band at their Salt Lake City show in the US last night (September 3), reports Altpress.
It's not yet known whether he'll continue to tour with the band for all their upcoming live appearances on their Honda Civic Tour, which they're playing alongside Blink-182 or whether he'll act as a permanent replacement for Pedicone.
Their former sticksman was sacked on Thursday (September 1) after their gig inWashington.
A statement posted by guitarist Frank Iero on their official websiteMychemicalromance.com read:
Some shit happened and before the blogosphere gets all crazy with false statements and ridiculous opinions we want the true story to come from us. But please listen close because this is the only time we are ever going to talk about this. The relationship between My Chemical Romance and Michael Pedicone is over. He was caught red handed stealing from the band and confessed to police after our show in Auburn, Washington.
The band headlined the Reading And Leeds Festivals last weekend where they performed with Brian May [pictured].
